LED Screen Rental FAQ

  • We are located in Santa Rosa, CA and service a radius of approximately 300 miles from here. This allows us to service all of Northern California, including the following major metro areas:

    Locally owned and operated, we’re proud to serve our community with Stellar display solutions. If you’re a bit further away and interested in our services, just ask. Our service area will vary based on availability.

  • The Screens are 17’ wide by 10’ tall. They stand roughly 12.5’ tall when resting on the trailer, but can be raised another 10’ to almost 23’ high.

    The Trailers are 25’x8’x12.5′ (LxWxH) and weigh roughly 9,000 lbs.

  • Our rentals are priced per day, with discounts offered for multi-day events. While rates vary based on the needs of each customer, typical ranges are as follows:

    • First Day: $3,000 - $5,000

    • Each Additional Day: $1,500 - $2,500

  • Our philosophy at Stellar XP is: if we provide an excellent product, with great client service at a reasonable price that exceeds our clients’ expectations, then we will have many years of partnership with our clients.

  • We can definitely help make sure your content will look as good as possible, by both recommending best practices for your designs and even editing/creating content for you for an additional fee.

  • Our LED Screens are IP65 outdoor rated to stand up to heavy rain and wind up to 45 miles per hour. They are also bright enough to be viewed in direct sunlight, so in almost any weather you can be confident our screens will work and look good.

  • Our Mobile LED Screen Trailers have an onboard generator that provides power, so you are not responsible to provide power. However, we can also plug into a 50amp power source if available.

  • The client is responsible for obtaining the movie license. You can purchase a license from one of the two companies listed below.

    CRITERION | SWANK

  • Stellar XP is a full service business. When you rent from us, we not only will operate the LED screens for you, but also make available several add-ons such as various camera and microphone options. Our team sets up the LED screens and at least one onsite technician will stay at your event for the duration. Our goal is to make your event the best it can be and our team has the experience and abilities to do just that!

  • (laptops, video game consoles, cameras, etc.)

    Yes, you just need to let us know what you will be using in advance. Please note that using your own equipment does not necessarily reduce the cost.
