We will provide a service contract for your signature to finalize the booking, then we get it scheduled.

You’ll work with our technicians to get the content scheduled and uploaded for a seamless live production.

Our technician arrives with the mobile unit and all the equipment needed for a successful production. We build in plenty of time to ensure everything is ready for showtime, though the screen itself is typically set up in just 30 minutes. They will then operate the display for the entire event, providing a professional, worry-free experience.

Once the event has fully concluded, we lower the screen and begin teardown. The process takes about 30 minutes, and thanks to the unit’s compact footprint, we can exit with minimal disruption.
